Week One: Introduction to Online Privacy Tools. As more of our lives move online, keeping your private information private is a growing concern.  Join our instructor, Daniel for a three-week discussion of tools and techniques users like you can use to avoid spying from corporations, governments and thieves.

Week Two: Next Steps with Online Privacy tools. Already heard about online privacy tools and now you are interested in getting them set up on your phone, tablet or laptop?  This class is for you.  Please bring your fully charged phone, tablet or laptop.

Week Three: Intro to Email Security. One of the easiest ways to protect yourself from computer viruses is to delete suspicious emails, but how do we tell the difference between suspicious and innocent emails? This week we’ll talk about what to look for, how to protect your devices from malware and what tools we can use to help automate the process.
