Himalayan Singing Bowls

When & Where
Date / Time:
November 05, 2019 - 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM

Himalayan Singing Bowl, commonly known as Tibetan Singing Bowl, is a traditional Ayurvedic healing art practiced in Tibet, Nepal, and Northern India. Everything in the universe vibrates at its own frequency. This includes all the cells, tissues, and organs of our bodies. This unique vibration regulates our health and well-being. When the vibration is out of tune, the body loses its harmony and develops illness physically and emotionally. As the singing bowls are played, the powerful rhythmic vibrations stimulate the alpha and theta brain waves associated with deep meditative and peaceful states. When deep relaxation is achieved through soothing and resonant sound, the body is affected on a cellular level, nourishing the flow of energy to move towards health.  Check out the website www.soundpeace.ca
